VWFS social media operation serves Volkswagen, Audi and Volkswagen Consortium brands.

The strategy was individually designed for each brand, considering the needs and purchase journey of each consumer audience. Our challenge is to create informative and attractive content that also creates business, while also including VWFS brands in social conversation.

In addition to fulfilling the business’s editorial agenda, the content strategy takes advantage of real-time opportunities to capitalize on awareness and resonance. Our management also includes monitoring sentiment around the brand and its financial products, providing monthly intelligence and performance reports.
