Encontrei o material na semana passada enquanto organizava meus arquivos e comecei a repass\u00e1-lo. Peguei-me pensando o quanto os <a href=\"https:\/\/old.b-young.me\/blog\/coronavirus-e-o-impacto-nas-redes-sociais\/\">comportamentos e tend\u00eancias<\/a> levantados no material ser\u00e3o abruptamente acelerados ou potencializados pelo per\u00edodo que vivemos hoje, bem como, quanto o isolamento for\u00e7ado muda nossa percep\u00e7\u00e3o de passagem de tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">&#8221; Toda crise \u00e9 uma aceleradora de comportamentos.&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Esta frase despretensiosamente dita pelo Thomas Low-Beer da VTEX, numa das melhores entre as milhares de lives da quarentena, resume muito do que penso sobre como a ansiedade do confinamento afetam diretamente o consumidor e a expectativa sobre o atendimento que as empresas devem oferecer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do final de 2019, tomei como base um estudo global da Euromonitor International, que apresenta tend\u00eancias de comportamento de consumo para os anos seguintes. Mais do que nunca, tem-se a ideia do valor monet\u00e1rio do tempo ao mesmo passo em que ficamos tecnologicamente dependentes, por imposi\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, para resolver boa parte da vida cotidiana.
